Join Santa Rosa YIMBY for a special discussion with Sara Benner, Senior Project Manager at TDM about the city's North Station Area Specific Plan update. The project aims to enable people to have access to SMART and use transit more often by centering housing, jobs, services and shopping around public transit. This is part of the larger Plan Bay Area 2050 effort to improve these transit-oriented areas for people of all ages, abilities, income levels, and racial and ethnic backgrounds so that they can live, work, and thrive.
